United Kingdom-Luton: Health services
Luton Borough Council is responsible for the provision of Public Health Services for the population of Luton. It wishes to provide an Integrated Sexual Health Service. This is in order to bring together existing Sexual Health Services under one Provider to improve the physical, mental, social and emotional health of Luton' s residents and reduce health inequalities.
Tenders are therefore sought from suitably qualified and experienced contractors who can deliver the integrated sexual health service model. The aims of this model are to improve sexual health by providing easy access to services through open access ‘one stop shops’, where the majority of sexual health and contraceptive needs can be met at one site, usually by one health professional, in services with extended opening hours and accessible locations.
The contract will be for a period of 5 years with an option to extend up to a further 2 years.
