Description

Bei Los 1 geht es um ein Tool für unternehmensweite Online-Mitarbeiterbeteiligungsformate. Die Anwendung soll webbasiert sowie smartphone- und tabletfähig sein, um Mitarbeiterbefragungen/Employee Research durchzuführen. Diese Mitarbeiterbefragungen sollen im Tool in Form von kurzen Pulsbefragungen als auch von umfangreicheren Befragungen abgebildet werden können. Es wird nicht nur eine technische Lösung ausgeschrieben, sondern auch Dienstleistungen, die beispielsweise auch Marktforschungskompetenzen, Präsentations- sowie Beratungstätigkeiten beinhalten.
Bei Los 2 geht es um eine Onlineplattform für unternehmensweite Online-Beteiligungs- und Feedbackformate („webapp“/Web-Applikationen). Mitarbeiter/innen tauschen sich aktuell einmal jährlich zu verschiedenen Themen aus. Dadurch generiert das Unternehmen Ideen und Impulse, die es in verschiedene strategische Unternehmensfelder einbezieht. Die Anwendung soll webbasiert sowie smartphone- und tabletfähig sein. Es wird nicht nur eine technische Lösung ausgeschrieben, sondern auch Dienstleistungen, wie zum Beispiel Präsentations- und Beratungstätigkeiten.
