The subject matter of the contract includes the supply and installation of surveillance and security equipment for the needs of a new prison - Samoranovo , including the integrated subsystems: video security, signal security, perimeter and access control. The contract includes the implementation of the following activities: - supply of specialized equipment for video-security, signal-security, perimeter system and access control for the newly built pilot prison connected to a training center for personnel and construction of a transitional compartment (Half way house) in accordance with the Technical Specification and the attached bills of quantities. 427 IP cameras; 202 solenoid locks; 15 microwave barriers; 343 vibration sensors; - installation of the equipment and components of the integrated subsystems: video security, signal security, perimeter and access control. Cable routes and wiring are built and available according to a prepared design and project documentation. The activity includes installation of the supplied specialized equipment, generally listed: communication cabinets, optical panels, network communicators, UPS, IP cameras, NVR, computer workstations and monitors, security controllers, expanders and sensors, readers and solenoid locks, control panels, including all necessary accessories and auxiliary materials according to the prepared design and project documentation. - integration and configuration of the installed subsystems according to the requirements and specifics of the Contracting Authority; - commissioning of the integrated subsystems after conducting 72-hour samples, as well as training of the staff of the Contracting Authority to work with the same.
