Description

1. The subject of the contract is the development of the Ordering Party’s IT environment, consisting in the supply for a period of 24 months of one licence for 2000 devices/users (in the subscription model) for CORTEX XDR Pro antivirus software owned by the Ordering Party – listed in Annex 1 to the Essential Provisions of the Agreement (IPU) or Annex 2 for equivalent software (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Software’), together with the support assigned to this licence by the Software manufacturer under the terms and to the extent consistent with the provisions of the IPU. 2. The conditions for the performance of the contract are set out in the IBU constituting Annex 6 to the FTZ. 3. A description of the equivalence conditions for Equivalent Software is included in Annex 2 to the IPU.
