Description

This consultation concerns the provision of mobile telephony services, equipment and accessories. It aims to conclude a framework agreement on order forms without a minimum or maximum pursuant to Articles R. 2162-2 (2), R. 2162-4 3o and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded as part of the order grouping agreement between the City and Saint-Étienne Métropole. The City of Saint-Étienne is designated as coordinator. The contract is concluded for an initial period of three years from 1.7.2020, not including the preparatory period of the notification (scheduled for April 2020) until 30.6.2023. It may be renewed tacitly for a period of one year, but not more than 31.7.2024. The estimated value in terms of number of lines is 1 177 for the city and 500 for Saint-Étienne Métropole (details in Article 1.1 of the CCTP).
