Description

The supply of electricity to the delivery points of the contracting entity, where applicable to the contracting entity indicated in the delivery diagram in the required quality and with a guarantee of electricity supply for the entire duration of the contract; the provision of electricity distribution, regulated distribution services from the distribution system operator to which the demand points are connected, the provision of other related services, including a levy to the National Nuclear Fund pursuant to Government Regulation No 21/2019 laying down the amount of the annual levy to cover the historical debt on the electricity supplied to final customers and details of how it is collected for the National Nuclear Fund, its use and the manner and time limits for its payment, as amended; — assumption of responsibility for the deviation of the contracting authority in its entirety for all delivery points of the contracting authority, in accordance with Decree No 24/2013 laying down the rules for the functioning of the internal market in electricity and the rules for the functioning of the internal market in gas, as amended, vis-à-vis the operator of the imbalance. The assumption of responsibility for the full deviation of the contracting entity, for all demand points of the contracting entity, vis-à-vis the imbalance accountr, shall be part of the price of the charge for the purchase of electricity in the form of SPOT = (EUR/MWh), expressed in EUR, excluding VAT, rounded to three (3) decimal places, which is the award criterion for the supply of 1 MWh of electricity delivered to the delivery points of the contracting entity, determined in accordance with the above conditions; obligation to withdraw from the contracting authority the electricity generated by regenerative braking by the demand facilities of railway carriers (HKV) used by the MDS of ŽSR. This is the electricity that will be measured at the interface between the MDS ŽSR and the RDS (ZSDIS and SSD) at the existing demand points of the buyer at a voltage level of 110 kV. This commitment will be addressed by a separate electricity supply contract. The price of the electricity supplied shall be at the same level as the price of the supply of electricity to the delivery points of the contracting entity in the relevant calendar month of 2024.
