The framework agreement covers the following services: - Service, operation and maintenance of all electrical installations, including low-voltage installations such as ICT, networks, fire and other alarm systems. - Services within electrical subjects that focus on troubleshooting, control, and examinations - Design and construction projects within NS 8407 This contract stipulates requirements for the use of apprentices. See "Appendix 9: The Viken model" point 11.
