The public procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure on the basis of Article 132 et seq. of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2019, No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter also referred to as ‘the PPL’.
