In order to prepare for a possible call for tenders, the municipality of Rotterdam is organising a market consultation. A market consultation is an exchange of information organised by the municipality of Rotterdam with parties operating in the relevant market. The municipality of Rotterdam intends to use the information obtained to launch a market-oriented and realistic tender.
