Description

The software solution "Astre RH" is used by HR managers for remuneration (3300 pay department agents and family assistants) and the career of agents (10 000 arrested per year). The posts and the 2500 annual professional evaluations are managed with "Astre Talent". Since the 2022 evaluation campaign, the Annual Allowance Supplement (AAI) has also been covered in this application. To this is added the application "GFD" for the management of travel expenses which makes it possible to process the 4,500 requests for annual reimbursements to agents. "Astre", the core of the HR IS, is the source of information for many applications of the Department it feeds ("Incovar" for the management of time and activities, Intranet, "Outlook", etc.). Astre occupies a central role, pivotal in the CD's more global information system.
