Description

The subject of the contract is the supply of 8 vehicles for evacuation. The contract was divided into 3 tasks: 1. Task A – Supply of 3 passenger transport minibuses with the possibility to be used during the evacuation process. 2. Task B – Supply of 3 light-duty quartermaster vehicles. 3. Activity C – Supply of 2 pickup vehicles Activity A: The vehicle and its equipment must meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 20 June 2007 on the list of products intended to ensure public safety or to protect health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the release for use of these products (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2007, No 143, item 1002, as amended). The vehicle must meet the requirements of the Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Road Traffic Act of 20 June 1997 (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2024, item 1251) together with the implementing provisions of the Act. The vehicle shall have the documentation necessary to register the vehicle on the date of actual collection. Adaptive changes to the vehicle with regard to the installation of the equipment shall not result in the loss or limitation of the rights conferred by the factory mechanical warranty. If the installation conditions specified by the chassis manufacturer are exceeded, a type-approval certificate for the complete vehicle and the approval of the chassis manufacturer for the installation are required. Equipment and components fitted to the vehicle shall comply with the requirements of separate national and/or international regulations. The certificate of conformity for the chassis shall be submitted at the latest on the technical and quality acceptance track. Colours and markings of the vehicle: red (RAL 3000 or similar), white or silver, factory coating, (acceptable plastic veneer resistant to weathering and UV radiation). Transmission: manual or automatic.
