Description

The subject matter of the contract includes the preparation of an investment project in the ‘technical design’ phase. The aim of the project is to develop a project solution for strengthening a section of approximately L = 550.00 m along the left bank of the Vucha River, located in Plot 39921.504.1, Krichim, within the boundaries of the settlement with watercourse, river, type of property: State Public, pursuant to Order No RD-18-13 of 19 February 2009 of the Executive Director of the Sofia City Administrative Court, as amended by Order No 18-4386-08.06.2015/08.06.2015 of the Head of the Plovdiv City Administrative Court, in order to protect property with ID 39921.501.708, according to the KCKR of Krichim, approved by Order No RD-18-13 of 19 February 2009 of the Sofia City Administrative Court, as amended by Order No KD-14-16-1477 of 7 November 2011 of the Head of the Plovdiv City Administrative Court, with a NTP for other types of green areas, issued by APOS No 1112 of 2 December 2011, entered in the Plovdiv Regional Administrative Court, No 28696 of 5 December 2011, Act No 95, Volume 85; protection of property with ID 39921.501.683 in accordance with the Krichim KKKR, approved by Order No RD-18-13 of 19 February 2009 of the Executive Director of the Sofia AGKK, with UTP No 18, Volume 49, in accordance with the provisions of the current General Spatial Plan for the Municipality of Plovdiv. Krichim is intended for a landscaping area – public landscaping, parks and gardens. The measures aimed at protecting land plots from river erosion by the Vacha River in the section under consideration also include the national road III-866 ‘Devin-Krichim-Stamboliyski’, with ID 39921.501.639 (located in the town of Krichim) adjacent to the property on the river.
