Construction lot L10125, SL Material management
Nearly 75 % of the project of the A9 Siders East – Leuk/Susten East runs underground (in particular the sections of the covered cuts and the Susten tunnel). This requires considerable excavation, eruption and bulking volumes. The main part of the excavated and excavated material is unpolluted and geologically usable for reuse in the project as homogenized excavated material 0-150 mm, as aggregates for concrete, as unbound mixtures and as part of the ground concrete. The present material management lot will be heavily organised on the Pfyngut Süd installation site. There, the recyclable raw materials are temporarily stored, the material processing plants are operated, and the end products of the recovery are temporarily stored, which are then handed over to the ancillary contractors. This lot is also responsible for the management of the intermediate storage facilities (upper and lower floor) on the ZL Gampinenmatte. Main quantities: - Total amount of excavated and excavated material handled by lot 10125 SL material management: 4.90 million tonnes - refurbished materials and finished products delivered to the various subcontractors: Homogenized excavated material (Hoff): 3'470'000 t · aggregates for concrete (GfB): 857'000 t · Unbound mixtures (UG): 390'000 t · Earth concrete: 200'000 t
