Description

The cities of Nokia and Ylöjärvi are acquiring a reliable financial management system package that enables modern and smooth financial management working methods and automation solutions. The financial management system package will be procured as a SaaS-like service, including the implementation, maintenance and support of the system. The package to be purchased includes: - Financial administration --- purchase invoices and accounts receivable --- payment transactions --- sales invoices and accounts receivable --- accounting --- fixed assets --- archiving --- operator services - Financial planning - Reporting The offer must be submitted to both Subscribers (Nokia and Ylöjärvi). The implementation of the systems shall be carried out jointly to the extent possible. However, both subscribers must create their own system environment. Both Subscribers make their own delivery and service agreements. The solution model offered must be suitable for public administration and meet the various recording needs of the municipal model. The systems must be ready for commissioning on 15 November 2025 and production use will begin on 1 January 2026. As an exception to this, production use will start already on 1 June 2025 in terms of economic planning. The commissioning project is planned to start in March 2025, but the timing will be specified based on the schedule provided by the tenderer. The service contract is valid for a fixed period of 48 months from the start date of production use of the contract object on 1 January 2026. After a fixed-term contract period, the service contract will automatically continue until further notice.
