The description of the subject of the contract are the provisions set out in the Specifications of the Terms and Conditions of the Order. 1. Subject of the contract according to the CPV: 35110000-8 Fire-fighting, rescue and safety equipment, 34144210-3 Fire trucks, 34144200-0 Rescue service vehicles. 2. The subject-matter of the contract is the purchase of 1 light operating car in accordance with the requirements of Annex 1 to the SWZ Description of the subject-matter of the contract – minimum requirements. 3. The vehicle must be powered exclusively by an internal combustion engine (petrol), the Employer does not allow the offer of a vehicle with an electric motor or alternative drive, i.e. a hybrid system. 4.
