Description

The subject of the contract includes the delivery to the Customer's headquarters of 7 units of brand new, low-floor, three-section, two-way trams with a length of 24 m to 26 m, including 2 units of trams adapted for driving lessons along with the delivery of specialized maintenance equipment and a service and repair package as well as technical documentation including licenses and software, as well as training of the Customer's staff. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of applying the right of option referred to in Article 441 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act (hereinafter referred to as the Public Procurement Act) consisting in the delivery of up to 9 additional units of brand new, low-floor, three-section, two-way trams with a length of 24 m to 26 m, together with technical documentation, including licenses and software. The subject-matter of the contract is specified in detail in the Model Contract (Annex 1 to the FTZ) and in the Description of the subject-matter of the contract - Technical specifications of the tram (Annex 2 to the FTZ).
