Description

Neubau eines Kinderhortes in FürthBeschreibung: Die WG- Beteiligungs- Verwaltungs GmbH plant die Errichtung eines Kinderhortes mit 165 Plätzen in Fürth mit einer Bruttogeschoßfläche von ca. 2.760 m². Geplant ist ein 3-geschossiges Gebäude mit Tiefgarage mit einer gesamten Nutzfläche von ca. 2.540 m². Der umbaute Raum umfasst ca. 12.480 m³. Das Gebäude ist in Beton- und Mauerwerksweise zu errichten. Geplanter Bauablauf: Baubeginn November 2025, Fertigstellung zum Schulbeginn September 2027.
