Description

Die Aargauische Gebäudeversicherung (AGV) schreibt die kaufmännische und technische Bewirtschaftung ihres Immobilienportfolios im Kanton Aargau aus. Das Portfolio umfasst Wohn-, Gewerbe- und gemischt genutzte Liegenschaften mit einem Anlagewert von rund CHF 200 Mio. Die Auftragnehmerin erbringt sämtliche Bewirtschaftungsleistungen gemäss Pflichtenheft, insbesondere in den Bereichen kaufmännische und technische Bewirtschaftung, Vermietung, Mieterbetreuung, Instandhaltungsmanagement, Reporting sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Immobilienstrategie und der Nachhaltigkeitsziele der AGV. Die Vertragsdauer beträgt drei Jahre mit einer Option auf zweimalige Verlängerung um jeweils ein Jahr.
