Description

The subject of the performance of this public contract is the elaboration of a proposal for complex land consolidations (hereinafter referred to as “CoPÚ”) in the cadastral area of Všeruby u Plzeň and related parts of the cadastral areas of Hunčice, Kunějovice, Nekmíř, Nevřeň and Radimovice u Všerub, including the necessary geodetic works in the accuracy class intended for the renewal of the cadastre of real estate by Decree No 357/2013 Coll., on the cadastre of real estate (cadastral decree), as amended (hereinafter referred to as “the cadastral decree”). The KoPÚ proposal will be drafted in such a way that it can be entered in the land register. The work will serve as a basis for the Land Office's decision on the approval of the land consolidation proposal and the decision on the exchange or transfer of property rights, as well as an indispensable basis for spatial planning. The projected area of KoPÚ is 542 ha.
