The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste indicated in the description of the contract from real estate located in the Municipality of Kocmyrzów-Luborzyca, where residents live (uninhabited real estate, companies, family allotment gardens, institutions, cemeteries, are not covered by the subject of the contract) and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point located in Kocmyrzów, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and the reduction of the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the provisions of the Provincial Waste Management Plan.
