Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie usług edukacyjnych w Szkole Podstawowej Nr 9 w Jaworznie, w ramach projektu systemowego „Czytam! Piszę! Liczę! Wspieramy indywidualny rozwój dzieci w Jaworznie” w podziale na 4 następujące zadania:
1) zajęcia dla dzieci ze specyficznymi trudnościami w czytaniu i pisaniu, w tym także zagrożonych ryzykiem dysleksji (60h) – Zadanie nr 1,
2) zajęcia rozwijające zainteresowania uczniów szczególnie uzdolnionych w dziedzinie nauk ścisłych ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem nauk matematyczno – przyrodniczych (60h) – Zadanie nr 2,
3) zajęcia dla dzieci z trudnościami w zdobywaniu umiejętności matematycznych (60h) - Zadanie nr 3,
4) zajęcia rozwijające uczniów szczególnie uzdolnionych - zajęcia plastyczne (60h)- Zadanie nr 4.
