1. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT OBJECT 1. The subject-matter of the contract is the following: ‘Removal and management in accordance with the Waste Act in the final recovery or disposal of hazardous waste deposited in a warehouse on the property in Dąbrowa Górnicza at 41 Puszkina Street (within plot No 5271 area 0013 Strzemieszyce Wielkie)’. 2. The subject of the contract is implemented on the basis of Article 127 in conjunction with Article 128 of the Act of 17 June 1966 on enforcement proceedings in administration. As part of the above-mentioned task, the Contractor is obliged to perform the disposal and management service in accordance with the Waste Act in the final recovery or disposal of hazardous waste containers from the aforementioned location. 4. The waste is located in a warehouse, in containers of different capacities - in the estimated amount of: in 137 Mauzer tanks with a capacity of 1000 dm3 (so-called pallet-containers), 274 barrels with a capacity of 200 dm3, 43 barrels with a capacity of 100 dm3, 60 barrels with a capacity of 50 dm3 and 30 barrels with a capacity of 30 dm3; estimated total mass of hazardous waste 260 Mg. Containers with waste are arranged on the concrete floor of the hall (mostly in storeys - three layers), mainly along the northern wall of the hall. 5. Estimated total amount of waste to be disposed of: 260 Mg. 6. The amount of waste covered by the contract is an estimate .
