Description

The contracting authority intends to purchase, by concluding a framework agreement with a single economic operator for a period of 12 months, the products to be delivered to the centres in the municipality and county subordinated to DGASPC Tulcea. Subsequent contracts will be awarded without reopening the competition. The largest subsequent contract is to be concluded for 6 months. Subsequent contracts are expected to be concluded as follows: A subsequent contract between November 2025 and April 2026, estimated at RON 702,718.58 excluding VAT; A subsequent contract between May 2026 and October 2026, estimated at RON 702.564.39 excluding VAT; Throughout the period of performance of the contract/framework agreement, the contracting authority reserves the right to supplement or reduce the quantities initially provided for, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, the changes being communicated also to the provider, taking into account the fluctuation of assistants within the centres subordinated to DGASPC Tulcea. Submission of alternative offers is not accepted. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting tenders/candidates is 15 days. The contracting authority will respond in a clear and complete manner to all requests for clarification/additional information that have been addressed within the deadline stipulated in the contract notice, by 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
