Description

Since 2011, the RDW has been using the product ARIS for process modelling and architectural modelling. Specific exclusive functionalities of ARIS are used by 97 RDW users in various projects. Over the years, this has resulted in more than 2800 models, more than 28,000 objects and a furnished metamodel in ARIS. In recent years, substantial investments have been made in the use of ARIS (data links, training courses, manuals, conventions), which has led to an RDW-specific design and its use. For example, investments were made in the RDW flowhub, an ARIS module with dozens of web pages specifically created for the RDW. In addition, employees have been trained and investments have been made by the RDW in specific course material. There have also been very recent investments in reporting and the ARIS Connect portal that are not easily transferable to other software programmes (disinvestment).
