Description

UZ Gent implemented SAP SuccessFactors with the modules Employee Central and Employee Profile, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Onboarding and Embedded analytics. The entire solution was integrated via the SAP BTP platform with a number of applications within a hybrid ICT architecture (Easypay, Rydoo, SAP S4/Hana, Sharepoint Online, MS Teams, Cebir, ...). HR data is thus shared centrally with other systems. The integration of SuccesFactors with these applications is outlined in Figure 1: Integration SuccesFactors with other UZ Gent applications UZ Gent is characterised by its specific staff regulations and hospital-specific practices such as IFIC-baremas, staff establishment plan (= e.g. position management at various cost centres) and joint employment (= statutory and contractual employment in various combinations). The services requested include: 1) Consultancy assignments for guiding UZ Gent in the evolutionary and curative maintenance of: a. SAP Success Factors (modules Employee Central end Employee Profile, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals, Onboarding and Embedded Analytics). b. Integration services based on SAP BTP. 2) A support contract including ticketing system for handling incidents, both inside and outside office hours This service relates to the architecture as outlined in Figure 1. UZ Gent will set the following requirements with regard to consultancy assignments: a. SAP Success Factors: at least 2 Dutch-speaking consultants each with at least 3 years of experience in the support and release management of various SAP success factors modules. b. Integration services based on SAP BTP: At least 2 Dutch-speaking consultants each with at least 3 years of experience in the design and management of the Business Technology Platform with in-depth knowledge of the various components.
