Description

The subject-matter of the contract is forest services as defined in Article 6 paragraph. Point 1 of the Forests Act of 28.9.1991 (consolidated text: OJ Of Laws 2017, item 788 as amended hereafter: ‘The Forests Act’) covering forest breeding work on:
— agrotechnical drainage consisting of:
• the export of pierced and struck carp and laying them into undersised stacks using machinery and equipment adapted for this type of operation;
• crushing residues with crushing machines (mulchers) or removing them from the surface for refurbishment by scraping them into a prism;
— the autumn preparation of the soil for renewal by ploughing. Tillage must be done by ploughing dirt in the form of strips with forest plough.
