Die AIRSYS GmbH beabsichtigt IT- Supportleistungen auszuschreiben:
Das Outsourcing bezieht sich auf alle Helpdeskdienstleistungen und umfasst somit das Callmanagement, Incidentmanagement, Servicemanagement sowie das Order- bzw. Changemangement im 1st Level Support und das Schnittstellenmanagement zum 2nd Level. Alle Leistungen werden für die Kunden am Hamburg Airport zum weitaus überwiegenden Teil in deutscher Sprache erbracht und unterliegen exakten Servicelevelagreements.
Der UHD wird als SPOC (Single Point of Contact) fungieren und in dieser Funktion sämtliche oben genannten Prozesse gegenüber den Nutzern bis zum Abschluss derselbigen verantworten.
