The subject of the contract is the continuous supply of various types and types of surgical sutures for the needs of individual hospitals (health establishments) of the Plzeň Region, which are controlled by Nemocnice Plzeňský kraje, a.s., for a period of two years, in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in the tender specifications. Surgical suture material is intended for use in healthcare facilities and must comply with all the conditions laid down for its production, distribution and use on the market under specific legislation, in particular Act No 268/2014 on medical devices and the relevant Government Regulations, in particular No 54/2015 laying down technical requirements for medical devices.
