The North Karelia Welfare Region will carry out a direct procurement of the client-specific substitute care needed by the child welfare services of family and social services from Poutapolku Oy's Koivulammi unit for the contract period starting on 11 April 2025 and continuing until further notice. The substitute care places selected through the Dynamic Purchasing System (492908 / Purchasing Services for Child Welfare) do not include substitute care places that meet the needs of the child.
