The Agency for Nature Conservation (FNS) is the body responsible for implementing nature conservation legislation in the canton of Zurich. This includes, among other things, the long-term conservation and promotion of particularly endangered flora species. For this purpose, an "Action Plan Flora" was developed as a long-term program.
