Contract with an adapted procedure - Article R.2123-1. of the Public Procurement Code. The objective is to revitalize an emblematic space with high potential for living environment, attractiveness and economy. Treated in a car park and sleepy, the wish is to create a unifying public space. The development concerns the public spaces on the Place du Général de Gaulle, in front and at the back of the town hall, the departure of the Kellerman street and its square, the Place de Allées and the metropolitan road 2565. Parking is very limited on and around the development, in order to create a quiet center dedicated to pedestrians and terraces.
