Description

The subject of this consultation is the sorting, removal, cleaning, disinfection, insectisation and extermination of congested dwellings.
This contract is a framework agreement on order forms or mixed forms within the meaning of Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.
The services shall be remunerated by applying the prices set out in the schedule, under the following conditions:
— minimum annual amount: without,
— maximum amount for the fixed period: EUR 180 000,00 EXCLUDING TAX,
— annual maximum amount (for each renewal period): EUR 90 000,00 EXCLUDING TAX,
— maximum amount over the total duration of the contract EUR 360 000,00 excl. tax (including all renewals).
The tender submitted by the candidate must cover all the services covered by the framework agreement.
