Description

By concluding a framework contract, the contracting authority intends to procure at least 1 new bus or coaches of vehicle category M3/I (localised), low-floor, purely electric, or equivalent. Under vehicle category M3, the contracting authority is set out in point 5/1990. “Class I” means buses and coaches with a maximum authorised mass of more than 5 t, in accordance with Decree No 3 of 12 April 2013 of the Minister for Public Health, vehicles with areas for standing passengers allowing frequent passenger movements (local buses). The framework contract will be concluded for a period of 24 months, either after the expiry of the fixed term or upon exhaustion of the amount specified below, whichever comes first. The budget available for 24 months is HUF 433070866. The contractor is responsible for carrying out the compulsory repairs and maintenance during the warranty period, which shall be 36 months without any kilometre limit. The mandatory guarantee for batteries is 72 months, and the contracting authority’s assessment sub-criterion is an additional guarantee. The contracting authority undertakes a call commitment for 1 bus or 25 % of the total amount.
