Infrabel wishes to conclude a framework agreement to ensure rail transport for the works contracts of the Operations Directorate and Tuc Rail. The contract involves the establishment of a framework agreement with several operators (multi-sourcing). The method of applying multi-sourcing will be specified in the tender specifications.
