Description

The object is the provision of all necessary general planning services with an upstream feasibility study for the technical/construction building upgrade of the ZAL TechCenter for the realization of test stands for liquid hydrogen and fuel cells. These include, in particular, the following planning disciplines: - Planning of buildings and interiors in accordance with §§ 33 et seq. HOAI - Planning of outdoor facilities in accordance with §§ 38 et seq. HOAI - Structural design in accordance with §§ 49 et seq. HOAI - Technical equipment in accordance with §§ 53 et seq. HOAI - Thermal insulation and energy balancing in accordance with AHO Issue No 23 - Building acoustics in accordance with Annex 1.2.4 HOAI - Room acoustics in accordance with Annex 1.2.3 HOAI - Fire protection planning in accordance with AHO 17 - Drainage planning The aim is to create a planning that ensures the award in accordance with the funding guidelines, the approval, commissioning and acceptance capability as well as an unrestricted operation of the two research test benches.
