Description

De opdrachtnemer is verantwoordelijk voor het onder de aandacht komen bij de doelgroep. De opdrachtnemer zal vervolgens verantwoordelijk zijn voor het aanbieden van een kort gesprek en (integrale) ondersteuning om eigenaren van particuliere woningen met energielabel D,E,F of G in Barendrecht te helpen bij verduurzaming. De opdrachtnemer monitort de voortgang. Het doel van de opdrachtnemer is om alle bewoners uit de doelgroep te bereiken, gevolgd door ze te stimuleren en bij behoefte te begeleiden van advies tot uitvoering. De doelgroep van deze aanbesteding betreft particuliere huiseigenaren van grondgebonden woningen met een energielabel D,E,F of G, uitgesloten van VvE’s en corporatiebezit. In totaal zijn dit maximaal 1960 woningen.
