Execution of complete project documentation together with obtaining all administrative decisions necessary to carry out construction works carried out in the Dębica Forest District as part of the project entitled Comprehensive project on adaptation of forests and forestry to climate change – small retention and combating water erosion in lowland areas – continuation (MRN3) (III repeated procedure)
1.1. The subject of the contract is the execution of complete design documentation (hereinafter referred to as documentation) together with obtaining opinions, administrative arrangements and decisions required by construction law and performing author's supervision for the following tasks: 1.1.1. Task name: Part 1: Execution of project documentation for the task: Expansion of the existing water reservoir in Oddz. 60j Machowa Forestry; Description: - Extension of the dyke with the incorporation of protection against damage caused by beavers, construction of the island, deepening of the reservoir to a depth of 3 m and extension of the water reservoir in order to increase the retention capacity to 40 000 m3 of water, - construction of a water abstraction point for firefighting purposes with a manoeuvring area for fire brigade cars. 1.1.2. Task name: Part 2: Execution of project documentation for the task: Expansion of the existing water reservoir in Oddz. 221h Forestry of the Void; Description: - Extension of the dyke with the incorporation of protection against damage caused by beavers, construction of the island, dredging to a depth of 3.5 m and extension of the water reservoir to increase the retention capacity to 10 000 m3 of water, - construction of a water draw-off point for firefighting purposes with a manoeuvring area for fire brigade cars. 1.1.3. Task name: Part 3: Execution of project documentation for the task: Construction of a dry tank in sec. 28a Wolica Forestry; Description: - Construction of a dry reservoir by partitioning the watercourse with an earth shaft, with the installation of a pipe that lets water through freely and strengthening the inlet and outlet with a stone mark-up. The planned volume of water retention is 400 m3 in the area of approx. 0.3 ha. 1.2. The documentation will include: 1.2.1. Design documentation containing: 1.2.1.1. construction project to the extent that it takes into account the specificity of construction works. 1.2.1.2. Executive design 1.2.2. A financial statement containing: 1.2.2.1. Investor's estimate, 1.2.2.2. Measurement of works, 1.2.3. Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Works (STWiOR), 1.2.4. The documentation shall be provided in triplicate in paper form. In addition, the Contractor will provide electronic documentation in .pdf, .dwg format for the drawing part (containing at least drawings of the situational plan in the PUWG 1992 coordinate system) and .docx and .xlsx (for the descriptive part) on an electronic medium.
