Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of a new whale probe and side probe – production year 2011.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 4 to the ToR ‘Technical specifications of the subject matter of the contract’.
3. Place of delivery of the subject of the contract: 76-200 Słupsk ul. German 15A.
4. The contractor will provide a mobile guarantee and post-guarantee service.
5. The Contractor will train the Contracting Authority’s staff free of charge – 4 persons, including calibration and operation of the equipment and software provided:
5.1. The Contractor will draw up and submit to the Contracting Authority for approval a training plan;
5.2. the form, place and timing of the training shall be agreed by the Contractor with the Contracting Authority;
5.3. The procurer will secure the measurement unit for theoretical and practical training;
5.4. The training time on the following hydrographic system equipment and software shall be:
(a) multi-trade echoson (10 hours – 2 hours theory, 8 hours practice),
(b) towed sonar (10 hours – 2 hours theory, 8 hours of practice),
(C) GPS RTK receiver, satellite compass, SVP installation (8 hours – 2 hours theory, 6 hours practice);
The training will be carried out after the Contracting Authority has installed the hydrographic equipment supplied by the Contractor on the measuring unit, but not later than 6 months from the date of delivery of the equipment covered by the contract, unless the tendering procedure for the supply of the survey boat is prolonged.
6. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the equipment supplied for a period of not less than 24 months under the conditions set out in the guarantee card in which the manufacturer undertakes to repair and inspect the equipment free of charge at that time.
7. The contractor will provide a fee-based post-guarantee service for 5 years after the guarantee period.
