Description

L'accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation du contrôle interne de deuxième niveau sur les activités de la CRPNPAC.
L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Un titulaire par lot est retenu pour exécuter l'accord-cadre.
L'accord-cadre fait l'objet de marchés subséquents et de bons de commande conformément aux dispositions des articles R. 2162-1 et suivants du code de la commande publique.
La partie à bons de commande ne contient ni de montant minimal, ni de montant maximal.
Le budget de la première année de l’accord-cadre sur la partie à bons de commande et pour chacun des lots est de:
— lot 1: 70 000 EUR HT par an,
— lot 2: 16 000 EUR HT par an.
Le budget annuel des années suivantes de l’accord-cadre sur la partie à bons de commande et pour chacun des lots est de:
— lot 1: 80 000 EUR HT par an,
— lot 2: 16 000 EUR HT par an.
La description des prestations et des attentes de la CRPNPAC est développée au sein du Cahier des clauses techniques particulières (CCTP) et ses annexes.
