The Contractor shall comply with the approved route schedule; comply with all requirements relating to traffic safety; organise the medical check-up of drivers, including their general state of health; organise the work of drivers, observing the statutory maximum working day (shift), daily and weekly rest periods in accordance with the Road Transport Act; organize the inspection of the technical condition of the cars before leaving the garage; maintain, for the entire duration of the contract, insurance policies against civil liability of buses and accidents of passengers in public transport; comply with sanitary and hygienic conditions for the carriage of passengers; ensure comfort in the vehicle; perform the contract in accordance with accessibility criteria for persons with disabilities.
