1. The subject of the contract are the supply of electricity in accordance with the applicable regulations, quality standards of the Act of 10 April 1997, Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2018, item 755 as amended ) hereinafter referred to as the EP Act and the implementing provisions, in particular the Regulation of the Minister for the Economy of 4 May 2007 on detailed conditions for the operation of the electricity system for subjective collection points participating in a public procurement procedure. 2. The forecast electricity demand for the duration of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the draft provisions of the contract in the amount of 6383316 kWh.
