1. The subject of the contract is divided into tasks: 1.1. Task 1 (LE): Renovation of the surface of ul. Wielkopolska on the section from Al. Włókniarzy to ul. It's Turoszowska's. 1.2. Task 2 (ZWiK): Renovation of the water supply network in ul. Wielkopolska on the section from ul. Pulaski to ul. Turoszowska in Łódź 2. The subject-matter of the contract must be performed in accordance with the Description of the subject-matter of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to the FTZ, and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Annex 9 to the FTZ.

Jeżeli Wykonawca w Formularzu oferty: a) nie poda okresu gwarancji jakości wówczas Zamawiający przyjmie, iż Wykonawca zaoferował okres gwarancji 60 miesięcy i otrzyma 0 pkt; b) poda okres gwarancji jakości inny niż wskazane powyżej, wówczas otrzyma liczbę punktów odpowiadającą maksymalnemu okresowi gwarancji określonemu przez Zamawiającego powyżej, który zawiera się we wskazanym przez Wykonawcę okresie gwarancji (np. gdy Wykonawca poda okres gwarancji w przedziale: 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 miesięcy, wówczas otrzyma 0 pkt; 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71 miesięcy – otrzyma 10 pkt; 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77 miesięcy – otrzyma 20 pkt; 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83 miesiące – otrzyma 30 pkt); c) poda 84 miesiące lub dłuższy okres gwarancji jakości, wówczas otrzyma 40 pkt (maksymalną liczbę punktów); d) W przypadku podania okresu gwarancji jakości krótszego niż 60 miesięcy Zamawiający odrzuci ofertę jako niezgodną z SWZ. e) Okres gwarancji jakości należy podać w pełnych miesiącach.
