Description

This public contract is a framework service agreement, multi-awarded with subsequent contracts. It concerns IT consultancy services for the evolutionary maintenance (change requests and/or projects) of the various SAP modules used mainly by the Société wallonne des Eaux (SWDE). The designated service provider will support the internal SAP team in Digit’Eaux. Depending on the future development of the integration of the other co-operators into Digit’Eaux’s SAP strategy, the service provider may also be entrusted with developments or projects on the SAP modules used by the other co-operators. It will therefore be a question of providing the Digit’Eaux SAP Hub with specialists capable of providing real added value in terms of the scalable maintenance of these various SAP modules. The service providers will be required to provide general advice and expertise for the performance of the various tasks assigned to them under this contract.
