Description

The present proceedings are the subject of a single fixed tranche. Candidates admitted to submit a tender must produce 2 advanced sketches with exhibition panels. The maximum allowance that may be awarded is EUR 6 500 net of tax for each of the 3 candidates admitted to submit a tender. For the winner, this compensation will constitute an advance on the project management market. This procedure is divided into 2 separate phases: phase 1: a call for applications, the purpose of which is to draw up a list of the 3 candidates to be invited to submit a tender. Phase 2: consultation, the purpose of which is to select one or more tenders. The selected candidates in Phase 1 will receive a consultation letter with the file on the basis of which a tender must be submitted and received before the date and time indicated in the consultation letter. The committee representing the contracting authority shall draw up a list of candidates to be admitted to tender, taking into account the following criteria: 1. financial capacity; 2. technical capacities (human and technical resources); 3. professional capacity (references).
