Description

Many career guidance measures take place every year throughout Bavaria. However, internet operators are largely limited to events organised by the respective organisation and therefore offer only a limited range of information (island solutions) to potential apprentices. There is therefore no open, cross-cutting offer of information exchange for target groups in vocational education and training. Under the umbrella of the Alliance for Strong Vocational Training in Bavaria, the Bavarian State Ministry for Labour and Social Affairs, Family and Integration (StMAS) plans to launch an overarching internet offer for career guidance in mid-2018. In addition to StMAS’s current offers, the newly developed internet platform for career guidance is intended to fill the existing supply gap.
