Description

Mission complète de MOE (DIAG/ESQ, APS, APD, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR, EVA) pour la réhabilitation en milieu occupé d'une résidence de 23 logements composée de deux immeubles. Dans le cadre du plan climat énergie de la ville de Paris, le projet devra atteindre une consommation maximale de 193 kwh/m2shon/an et être labellisé Rénovation 150. En complément, l'opération fera l'objet d'une certification NF Habitat Paris. Le programme de travaux comporte: ravalement avec ITE des façades, isolation de la toiture et du plancher bas, pose d'occultations extérieures, création d'un sas d'entrée, création d'une VMC double flux, remplacement des convecteurs, amélioration de l'accessibilité PMR, de la sécurité incendie, et travaux dans les parties communes et à l'intérieur des logements. Le montant prévisionnel des travaux est 350 000,00 EUR HT. Forme de marché: ordinaire. Attribution d'un marché unique.
