The purpose of the consultation is to: the overall treatment and disposal of the waste stream, known as bulky waste, collected in particular from public spaces by the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis (MNCA) or its service providers. Services include waste reception, pre-sorting and advanced sorting of the various fractions making up the bulky flow. The contract also provides for the recovery of sorted materials and the definitive elimination of refusals. The contract includes the preparation of the incinerable part of bulky goods for local energy recovery at the Ariane plant (UVE). A specific price also provides for the recovery of dry waste into high-calorific mixtures for preparation and recovery on the solid fuel recovery (SRF) sector.
