Subject: Acquisition of ammunition in 3 parts as follows: Part 1: Acquisition of 9x19mm Luger ammunition - 1,000,000 pieces Part 2: Purchase of 7,62x39 FMJ ammunition – 50,000 pieces Part 3: .223 calibre FMJ ammunition procurement – 15,000 tangible procurements pursuant to Government Decree No 156/2017 on the detailed rules for the licensing of military technology activities and the certification of undertakings. (VI.16.) (hereinafter: 156/2017. (VI.16.) can be classified under Chapter III (ML3) of Annex 1.
