Poland-Warsaw: Biochemical analysers
1. The subject-matter of this contract is the supply of laboratory equipment to the Warsaw Medical University of Warsaw, together with installation and maintenance instructions, broken down into the following packages:
1) Package 1: supply of genetic analysers meeting the requirements set out in the Form for the required technical conditions set out in Annex 2.1 to the ToR:
(a) 8-capilar sequential – 1
(b) 24-capilar sequencing – 1
and their installation and instructions for use, in accordance with the requirements set out in paragraph. 3 under the conditions set out in the Model Contract, which is attached as Annex 7 to the ToR;
2) Package 2: supply of a Real Time PCR apparatus meeting the requirements set out in the Form for the required technical conditions set out in Annex 2.2 to the ToR, and its installation and instructions for use, in accordance with the requirements set out in paragraph 1. 3 under the conditions set out in the Model Contract, which is attached as Annex 7 to the ToR;
3) Package 3: supply of 3 thermocyclers meeting the requirements set out in the Form for the required technical conditions set out in Annex 2.3 to the ToR, and their installation and instructions for use, in accordance with the requirements set out in paragraph 1. 3 under the conditions set out in the Model Contract, which is attached as Annex 7 to the ToR.
2. A detailed description of the laboratory equipment covered by the contract in respect of the individual Packages is set out in the Form for the required technical conditions, which is set out respectively in Annex 2.1, Annex 2.2 and Annex 2.3 to the ToR.
3. The Contractor will be responsible for:
(1) supply of laboratory equipment to the Court Medicine Institute of Warsaw Medical University, ul. Oczki 1, 02-007 Warsaw, to the premises indicated by the Contracting Authority;
(2) installation – understood as connecting laboratory equipment to prepared installation media connections, starting equipment and checking the correctness of their operation;
(3) provision of instructions for use;
4) the transfer of laboratory equipment to the Contracting Authority (the User), attested by a receipt report drawn up in accordance with the model set out in Annex 3 to the model contract.
