Description

Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin, is tendering the new building for the Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies on behalf of Gene and Cell Therapies Incubator Berlin GmbH (GCT). This list of services describes the construction of the high-voltage and low-voltage systems on the three floors of the incubator (GCT) in the laboratory building ‘Neubau Berlin Center for Gene and Cell Therapies’, Sellerstraße, 13353 Berlin. The list of services includes the supply, installation and commissioning of the following systems for high-voltage and low-voltage technology: Production of the horizontal cable routing system in the individual levels, - extension and addition of the sub-distributions, - complete low-voltage installation including potential compensation, - complete lighting system, - construction of a KNX control system for the interior lighting as well as the external sun shading systems, - connection of the external sun shading systems, - installation of ceiling supply columns to supply the office workstations, - complete installation of the laboratories, - construction of a passive LAN network. - preparation of inventory and audit documentation, - production of the required fire foreclosures.
